These terms apply when you use the AC Trunking Direct website or place an order with us. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. About AC Trunking Direct
AC Trunking Direct is an online supplier of air-conditioning trunking, line-set cover systems, fittings and related installation accessories for customers in the United Kingdom.

2. Product information
We aim to describe products, pack quantities, dimensions and delivery arrangements accurately. Product photographs are intended to show the type and appearance of the goods; minor manufacturing or packaging differences may occur. Supplier technical statements should not be treated as independent certification unless we expressly say that a particular certification has been verified.
3. Orders and contract formation
When you submit an order, you are offering to buy the goods shown in your order. We may need to confirm supplier availability and delivery feasibility before fulfilment. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for any payment taken for the affected goods.
4. Prices, freight and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP. Freight arrangements for some launch products are still being finalised and can vary by product, quantity, destination and shipping method. Where an additional freight charge or different delivery arrangement needs your agreement, we will contact you before dispatch. We will not impose a new charge without your express agreement; if a suitable arrangement cannot be agreed, the affected order can be cancelled and refunded.
5. Supply and fulfilment
Some or all goods may be shipped by an overseas manufacturer, supplier or logistics provider acting in connection with your order. This means your delivery details must be shared with the parties reasonably necessary to fulfil and deliver the order. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates are shown on product pages or confirmed for the relevant order once the applicable freight option has been checked. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date in writing.
7. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
Our Returns & Refunds page explains cancellation and return procedures. Consumers may have statutory rights to cancel eligible distance contracts and rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. Business customers may have different rights depending on the contract and applicable law.
8. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use the website lawfully. You are responsible for checking that the products you order are suitable for your intended installation and application. Installation should be carried out by a suitably competent person where appropriate.
9. Website availability
We may update, suspend or change parts of the website, product range or pricing. Changes will not alter an order already accepted except where agreed with you or required by law.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, subject always to rights and remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available in the part of the UK where you live.
