Returns, cancellations and refunds

We want orders from AC Trunking Direct to be straightforward. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, damaged goods and refunds are handled. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
Consumer cancellation rights
If you are buying as a consumer, you can normally cancel an online order for most goods within 14 days after the goods are delivered, without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies.
To cancel, email actrunkingdirect@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. After telling us you are cancelling, you should return the goods within 14 days.
Please do not send goods back to an overseas supplier or any other address unless we have first confirmed the return instructions in writing.
Return condition
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession. We may make a lawful deduction from a refund if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods has reduced their value.
Return delivery costs
For a change-of-mind consumer return, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise. If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or we have sent the wrong item, please contact us so that an appropriate remedy and return arrangement can be made.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods
Please inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible. If an item arrives damaged, appears faulty, is missing, or is not what you ordered, contact us at actrunkingdirect@gmail.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the packaging and goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refund timing
Where a consumer cancellation is valid, we will make the refund without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, where the law permits us to do so. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method.
Business customers
If you are purchasing wholly or mainly for your trade, business, craft or profession, statutory consumer cooling-off rights do not generally apply. Please contact us before returning any trade order. This does not affect any rights or remedies that apply to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
